LCA is accepting applications for the position of Development Coordinator. 

The Coordinator is responsible for maintaining, managing, and preserving the integrity of the donor database by tracking revenue through constituent data entry and management, gift processing, and acknowledgment with a sharp focus on stewardship. The Coordinator analyzes data to inform decision-making and supports portfolio management for the Director of Development and Head of School.

Candidates should have:

• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality at all times

• Ability to work independently and make decisions in accordance with expectations

• Ability to plan, set priorities, and implement work in a disciplined manner to keep multiple projects progressing to completion simultaneously with minimal direction

• Strong computer skills including word-processing, spreadsheet, presentation creation, social networking, and web-based technologies

• Ability and willingness to adapt and upgrade computer skills if needed, and ability to quickly learn and utilize new technologies

• Happy and positive dealings with others
